Construction Site Secretary / Site Admin Coordinator

Job Description

As a Construction Site Secretary / Site Admin Coordinator you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in jobsite construction. You will assist engineers, colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information. You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce in field work.

I. JOBSITE DAILY OPERATION REPORTS
  1. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports in Jobsite daily operation status, from time to time.
  2. Monitor jobsite activities and operation
  3. Daily Accomplishment
  4. Implement Standard Operation Procedure
II. MAINTAIN SAFETY PROCEDURES AND PRECAUTIONS
  1. Monitor hazardous substance and safe gears
  2. Monitor proper jobsite usage of equipment and materials
III. DELIVER REPORTS AND MEMORANDUMS JOBSITE IN-CHARGE
  1. Coordinate important details to your immediate heads
  2. Update status of manpower & construction supplies
IV. TIMEKEEPING (Arawan & Pakyawan)
  1. Monitor time in and out of workers
  2. Prepare payroll documents
Salary

Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

Experience

Office Administration: 1 year (Required)
Secretary: 1 year (Required)
